How to move from debt to success
Commercial recovery can be done in different ways for an enterprise that is facing financial constraints. The main aim is to save the company from sinking by making sure that it has adequate capital to survive. The top management of the enterprise can agree with creditors and sign an agreement where the enterprise can pay its debts over a long period of time. If the company manages to settle a considerable amount of the debt, the remainder might even be written off and leave the company to run debt-free.
Otherwise, a new company can be set up and is able to buy all the assets that were considered to belong to the original company. This process is called pre-pack administration. When the old company has been dissolved or liquidated the new company continues to operate in its place. This way, commercial recovery is realised without fear of operating on debts.
